What we collect, and why.

Analytics preferences

Allow Google Analytics to measure visits and site performance? Form contents are excluded. Change your choice on the Privacy page. Leadfeeder also identifies visiting companies from IP addresses.

Who is responsible

Voxelis Canada Corp. is responsible for the personal information collected through this company website. Contact us at hello@voxelis.ai. This notice covers the website, inquiries and email updates. It does not replace the terms and privacy information for operational VoxNet or VoxVision services.

Your choice

You can browse the site, send an inquiry and sign up for updates without agreeing to website analytics. In notice-mode regions, a static footer notice links to details and the option to turn analytics off on this page. In opt-in regions, analytics stay off until you accept. Hosting and form services still process the information needed to deliver pages, prevent abuse and handle requests you choose to send.

Our hosting service uses the approximate country and province associated with a connection to select privacy controls, without requesting GPS or precise device location. Confirmed Quebec and other regions configured for advance consent receive an opt-in choice. Unknown locations, including Canadian connections without a known province and unavailable location lookups, use the footer-notice default. A saved explicit choice and browser privacy signals take priority over that default.

Website analytics

When permitted by your choice and the applicable regional controls, Google Analytics and, where configured, PostHog help us understand useful pages and how visitors reach us. They may use browser identifiers to connect activity across visits. These identifiers and the activity linked to them can be personal data even though we do not send your name.

  • Page visits, authored link and button clicks, scroll depth, active time on a page, and selected video playback events.
  • Browser and device information, site-performance measurements, campaign labels, the referring website's origin, and the landing-page path.
  • Inquiry-form starts, controlled error categories, and confirmation that an inquiry was accepted. Acceptance events use an opaque lead ID and selected inquiry purpose, organization type, product, and optional role or mission. Originating page and prefill context help us understand the inquiry path; message text is excluded.

The site's analytics integration excludes names, email addresses, phone numbers, message text and other contact-field contents. Page URLs are reduced to their path, referrers to their origin and campaign labels to permitted tokens. It does not enable automatic form-content capture, advertising pixels or analytics person profiles. Website analytics do not make decisions about an individual's employment, credit, eligibility or access to services.

Company-level visitor identification

When analytics are permitted, Leadfeeder receives your IP address, browser information, browser identifiers, page paths, approved campaign labels and the referring website origin to identify organizations that may be interested in our services. A network match is an estimate, not proof of your employer or buying intent. We do not use this integration to identify individuals, capture form contents or automatically create sales leads.

Leadfeeder follows the regional analytics controls and browser privacy signals described above. Older saved consent does not automatically authorize this new purpose. Turning analytics off stops further company tracking and requests removal of its browser identifier. The identifier is configured for a 30-day cookie lifetime. This does not delete information already received by Leadfeeder or determine its server retention. Contact us for access or deletion requests.

Limited page-playback trials

Where a page-playback trial is configured, the explicit analytics choice describes it before you accept. A limited sample of eligible public-page visits may then be reconstructed in PostHog to help us improve navigation and animations. Default-on analytics does not enable playback. Existing choices made before the trial do not automatically enable it either.

The trial masks page text and excludes forms, input fields, status messages, dialogs and embedded players or canvases. It does not record contact pages, network bodies, headers or browser-console contents. URLs exclude queries and fragments. Interacting with a form stops recording for that page. A trial can run for no longer than 14 days, with no more than five minutes captured per page visit. Turning analytics off stops recording as well as other optional measurement.

Playback availability and retention are controlled separately from ordinary analytics. Recordings already received by PostHog are not deleted by changing browser preferences. Contact us to ask about a recording or its deletion.

When you contact us

The contact form collects your name, email address, organization if provided, selected interests and message. It also records the originating page and call to action. When analytics are permitted by your choice and regional controls, limited campaign and referral information may accompany the inquiry. We use these details to review your request and follow up. Name, email and message are needed for the website form; you can contact us directly by email instead. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing updates.

Accepted inquiries are stored in our lead database and may be delivered to HubSpot and our team by email or a configured internal notification service. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and message. Rejecting analytics does not prevent this processing of an inquiry you send. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or confidential operational data that is not needed for the initial discussion.

The form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated or abusive requests. This verification is separate from optional website analytics.

Email updates

If you separately opt in to email updates, we collect your email address and record the permission wording, version and request time. This choice is separate from analytics and from sending an inquiry. When website analytics are permitted, limited campaign information may accompany the signup and analytics may record attempts, received requests, confirmation requests and errors without your email address. A received request does not by itself verify an active subscription.

HubSpot processes configured newsletter signups and subscription permissions. Where confirmation is required, the request remains pending until confirmed. You can unsubscribe through a link in an update or contact us for help. Withdrawing newsletter permission does not withdraw website analytics, and changing analytics preferences does not unsubscribe you from updates.

Why we process information

Where the GDPR applies, consent is the basis for optional website analytics and email updates. We process inquiries to take steps you request before a contract, where relevant, or on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business, partnership and other correspondence. Our legitimate interests also include operating and protecting the site, preventing abuse and keeping appropriate records. We may retain or disclose information where needed to meet a legal obligation. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Cookies and browser storage

  • Your analytics choice is saved in browser storage for up to 180 days. This preference is saved even when you decline analytics. If browser storage is unavailable, the choice applies to the current page.
  • When analytics are permitted, Google Analytics and, where configured, PostHog may store browser identifiers in cookies or local storage. The website configures Google Analytics cookies to expire after 180 days without extending that expiry on each visit. This does not set the retention of data already received by the provider.
  • When analytics are permitted, limited campaign labels, referring website origins, landing paths and capture times are saved in browser storage for up to 30 days. They retain the first observed source and latest campaign or external referral across visits in that browser. Direct and internal visits do not replace those sources. Turning analytics off clears stored attribution; information already sent with an inquiry or signup remains with that record.
  • A contact-form retry identifier and a hash of the submitted payload may be kept for the browser tab's session to avoid duplicate inquiries. This does not store the message or contact fields in browser storage.

You can inspect or remove this site's cookies and storage through your browser settings. Clearing a saved preference makes the site apply its current regional default again. Use Cookie preferences to save an explicit rejection if you want analytics to remain off.

Changing your preference

Open Cookie preferences at any time and choose Turn off analytics to stop optional analytics. The site asks the analytics services to stop collection and clears their browser identifiers and stored attribution where accessible. This does not delete information already received by an analytics service or an inquiry you previously sent.

An active Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal keeps optional analytics off, even if a previous choice allowed them. The site does not automatically prompt you to override that signal. You can review the current setting on this page. An explicit rejection also keeps analytics off. Changing a preference does not undo processing that was lawful before the change.

Videos and external websites

Article videos can use a local preview image before loading a YouTube player. Activating the player connects your browser to YouTube, which receives connection and playback information under its own privacy practices. A privacy-enhanced YouTube address does not mean no data is processed. You can choose not to load it or follow the separate YouTube link. Other external links, including social profiles and maps, take you to services with their own privacy notices.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website, supports form storage and provides Turnstile verification. Google Analytics and, where enabled, PostHog provide optional measurement. HubSpot receives configured inquiry and subscription records. Resend delivers configured form-notification emails to our team; internal notifications may also use Slack where configured. These providers receive the information needed for their respective services. We do not add contact details to public analytics events.

Voxelis is based in Canada. Our service providers may process information in Canada, the United States and other countries where they operate. Transfer requirements depend on the service, recipient and applicable law. Contact us for details of the safeguards applicable to your information.

How long information is kept

Retention depends on the purpose and status of the record, including an open inquiry or business relationship, follow-up needs, subscription permission, abuse prevention and applicable legal recordkeeping or claims requirements. A failed signup can still leave a request record. Unsubscribing stops updates but may leave a limited permission or suppression record to respect the choice. Browser preference and attribution limits are described above; they do not set the retention period of records already received by us or a provider.

You can ask us which records we hold, how their retention is determined and whether they can be deleted. Deletion requests may require coordinated action across our database, CRM, email and other recipients. Browser cookie controls do not delete those server records.

Questions about your information

Email hello@voxelis.ai to ask about your information or exercise applicable rights. These can include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and a portable copy. Rights and exceptions depend on the circumstances. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. We may need proportionate information to verify a request; please do not send identity documents unless requested.

Where the GDPR applies, you can complain to a supervisory authority, including in the EEA country where you live or work or where an alleged infringement occurred. Requests are generally due a response within one month; if a lawful extension is necessary, we must explain it within that month. See the European Data Protection Board guidance for an overview of these rights.
