VFS spotlights Voxelis in “AI in the Cockpit”
The Vertical Flight Society’s Montréal-Ottawa chapter includes Voxelis in a webinar on using AI to support helicopter pilots and utility missions.
The Vertical Flight Society’s Montréal-Ottawa chapter featured Voxelis in the speaker lineup for AI in the Cockpit, a webinar scheduled for February 3, 2026.
The programme listed Voxelis co-founder and CEO Colin O’Neill alongside Dan Pollmann, founder of helicopter inspection company hMGrey. It brought together two perspectives on applying AI to working helicopter operations.
The announced themes included situational awareness, pilot workload and the use of sensing and AI in wildfire response and infrastructure inspection. The VFS introduction highlighted Voxelis’s focus on onboard sensing and computing for aircraft operating in demanding environments, including missions with limited connectivity.
For Voxelis, the focus is practical: useful information for the crew, collected and processed close to the mission. Explore VoxVision for our current airborne sensing and computing capabilities.
